"Bike racks are installed backwards and are the wrong kind. This kind of rack only allows the user to lock their bike wheel to the rack, which will result in your bike being stolen and the wheel left attached to the rack. Regardless, this rack is installed backwards so you can't even park your bike on the concrete. Really annoying- no attention to detail here by management. Inside, I found premium printer paper is $36. Ouch. Gouge of a price for a commodity item. Online, vendors were charging $17 for Hammermill same quality with free shipping. Nothing else I found here was priced as a 'deal.'"
"We had a really positive experience getting our wedding materials and signs printed at this location. Fatou was beyond helpful and really charismatic, she is awesome at what she does! There was a young male associate (I forgot to ask his name) who was also very helpful! One of our signs' colors printed a bit off and the employees quickly re-made the sign. I recommend them for any and all printing needs!"
