"As someone that has came to this location and always had the name change, by far, as of 12/07/23.. best yet! Check in, front desk assistance, room cleanliness, room decor and layout. For the price, I love it! Keep it up"
"Customer service is very good (I give Kenny 5 stars); The hotel is very clean, good furniture, showers with good water pressure and the price is low. For my work I travel a lot (I am a Choice Privileges Member) and in Laredo it is my favorite hotel."
"Stay here for orientation with CR England. I was told they serve breakfast. If you consider a muffin breakfast, then I guess you get breakfast. Leave every day for orientation and come back to house keeping shutting off my AC. I come back to a blistering sauna because they're too cheap to leave it running."
"This review is based on the placement in one of the existing rooms that has not yet been remodeled and updated. The previous owner and manager let this place go to hell but new owners are in process of full renovation, that being said, after staying in room 228 on Jan 24, 2023 I am covered in bedbug bites and broke out in scabies within 24 hours of checking out. If you book a stay I strongly suggest you ensure your room will be a renovated one and not one of the old rooms still to be gutted. Upon contacting the property to have them cover cost of Dr and prescription only treatment the new manager answered the phone but decided to act as if he was regular employee and said "I will let him know." Then went on to say "we have to get report of pest control before we can do anything." I would love to know how pest control addresses contaminated bedding that clearly had not been changed given the time scabies can survive on bedding. But if this is how the new owners of this property responds then maybe traveler's should avoid this property altogether even with its new name and econo lodge choice hotels franchise attached."
