"Very unique and different experience than a chain hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice pool, spa, and waterfall. My favorite was the happy hour from 6-8 pm inside the gazebo. Complimentary drinks, nachos, and popcorn. They also serve delicious food and margaritas for a fair price. It's community friendly and I met several interesting people during the social events. Plenty of parking available, and they even have a designated Bobtail truck parking on the Gardens side. I will definitely bring my family here next time."

"Me and my family visit Laredo often and we have stayed here before and it was amazing. Unfortunately this time around I went to visit family for 3 days and when I checked out they didn't mention anything to me about my rooms being a mess, before I walked out I got my vacumm and cleaned my rooms. They charged 100$ [without telling me] more to my card after we left for something we didn't do [mind you we payed in cash]. Every time I stay in a hotel I always clean as soon as I get there and before I leave. Their floors were dirty and the sink water had white particles in them. I DO NOT recomend this hotel to anyone, and this will be the last time our family will be staying here [we visit about 2-5 times a year]"

"We got a room for a couple nights while we waited on Monday to roll around so we could drop off our load Monday morning. Very convenient location for the vicinity of our drop off. We absolutely loved walking around the garden and having a little patio to chill out on which is where we spent the majority of our time. The only complaint I have is the lady that does breakfast is very rude!! Just went to go get some waffles. The sign says breakfast until 10Am but it’s literally 9Am and she said no breakfast, closed. Like what? We met one of the guys that owns the hotel while we got some laundry done. Super nice and cool guy! Rooms are really nice. Beds and pillows are super comfortable and soft. It’s a peaceful place! All and all beautiful, peaceful, with a touch of zen hotel! We’ll definitely be coming back to stay here whenever we have a load down here! Such a peaceful place!☺️"

"If you are traveling and you need a place to stay, do not hesitate to stay here. You will not be disappointed! The staff is so friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are clean. There are no bugs here! I check every bed in every hotel I stay in. It is quiet and so relaxing! There is a little play ground for kids to play, there is a pool and a hot tub nestled in the middle of the complex. It is dog friendly which is a bonus for me since we have 3 small dogs. Each room has a front door which leads to the parking lot where you can park right infront of your room for easy packing and unpacking. The back door leads to your very own area which is fenced on the sides so it's separated from the rooms beside you and it has a table and chairs for outside dining or drinking coffee which was so nice and relaxing. It is also where the middle of the complex is located and the pool and common area are. In the evenings between 6-8, I believe every guess gets a free beer and either chili nachos or a hot dog. I don't know which days though so you might want to ask the person at the check in counter. There is also a man who cooks up hamburgers and other items for you to purchase. I had the nachos and they were so delicious! We were only supposed to stay one night but because it was so relaxing and had such a great atmosphere we decided to stay another night to recharge."

"Love this hotel but bed are horrendously hard. Pillows are cheap. It’s like sleeping on concrete floor. Other than that, this place is great. Staff is super nice. Rooms are clean. Love the front and back room entrances. Free snacks and beer at happy hour from 6-8 pm."
