"Couple minutes away from the border and there’s also a nice park next to it. I can walk and decompress after a long trip and go to the burger king next to it or the park. The rooms were clean and the staff very professional. The gym is the only not so great thing, it’s only 1 treadmill in there but it’s okay not many people use the gym after a long trip"
"It's a downtown hotel by the bus station. That means you get downtown character. Personality, I love that. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Not for the resort-minded. The hotel is old without a lot of modern touches. Key cards is about it. That's cool by me. Lots of old furniture and original fixtures, glass etc. Staff is superb. They anticipate your needs. Cafe on premises breakfast and lunch."

"Hands down the coolest hotel I've ever stayed at and I stay at a new hotel most night with traveling for work. The gentleman who works at the front desk has worked here 18 years and is more then happy to point out some of its interesting history. On top of that he'll remember your name with a smile. If ever in this area I highly recommend staying here. You might even get to see they stray cats, which, personally started the experience on a great note for me. If I'm ever in this area this is the only place I want to stay!"
"this is my second time visiting, i stayed for three nights and i must say this hotel is one of the best I've experienced. the price is affordable, the rooms are cozy with a lovely shower and comfortable homeliness, and the restaurant inside is incredible. the service is impeccable and the managing staff are welcoming and kind. the hotel is dead center in the city and absolutely everything is walking distance, makes for great emergency shopping. i definitely will be visiting a third time, and likely even more after that, the Rialto Hotel is the spot to stay in if you're visiting Laredo"
