"I had a terrible experience with them. I dropped off 2 chairs to get a quote on adding cushions and upholstery, they never sent me a quote after months of being there I forgot about the project until they sent me an email about them. At that point I decided to go pick my items up because they were clearly not capable of handling the work timely, I got their email on Monday and by Friday when I went to pick them up they had LOST my chairs. When I talked to the owner she was absolutely rude and flippant about the issue, just completely careless and shrugged her shoulders and told me how it wasn't their fault. She took no responsibility, didn't care at all, didn't offer any kind of compensation or solution. Just that she lost the chairs and it wasn't her fault. Worst customer service experience I've ever seen avoid them at all costs"
"You'd better call and talk to them before coming by... their website and listings are not accurate in terms of what services they do. They do not do furniture repair even though it is listed multiple times on their website. An update to this first review, after a call confirming they do chair reupholstering, I followed their instructions on taking photos and submitting them to their email address. After weeks and multiple follow up emails I've received no response. I'm a neighbor living almost next door to them. They obviously don't care about anyone spending less than $2000 with them."
