"If I could give 6 stars, I would. We were greeted immediately when entering the store, even if there were 2 customers that were already being served. When we found the wallbed that we wanted, we sat down and learned that the lead time are typically 6-8 weeks (can be more, can be less). We explained that we were to have family over for new year, so they went above and beyond and one of the owners offered us come and install a temporary bed (for a delivery fee of course, and that’s ok), because they understood that we needed accommodation for our guest. They already had a mattress for the wallbed model we decided to purchase, so instead of bothering those nice people with a temp bed setup we just decided to leave with the matress and wait for the wallbed when it comes in. After all the effort that they put in to find a solution for us and our guests, we purchased the wallbed and paid in full immediately. They really care about you, and now we can have our guests over. "Wallbeds "n" More in Austin was a wonderful experience all around. Lori Yellowbird knocked it out of the park with her expertise, direction, and true understanding of the wall bed potential to create the kind of room we needed. We recently downsized and wanted a room that could function as both home office, personal space, and convert into a lovely guest room for family and friends. Lori guided me the whole way with design suggestions, knowledge of how to make use of the space we had, phone/ FaceTime availability, and the potential to easily convert the room from each of its uses. The options are endless. You can choose whatever configuration suits your needs. Wallbeds with bookshelves, desks, drawers, lights over the beds, mattress options, and quality that was impressive. The set up team was amazing, and called to give us a heads up of real time as the day arrived. Girardo and his team were professional, considerate of our home as the pieces were moved from the truck and unpacked, and made sure we knew how to fully use all aspects of the bed. As I said, a truly wonderful experience. I'm posting a couple of pictures but they truly do not do justice to the beauty of this solid wood hydraulic furniture, and its potential. Had my first guest this weekend and she loved the comfort of the bed. We chose the Dublin, with a pebble finish, and the new gel mattress. Happy shopping and thank you again Austin Wallbeds!"

"Karen provided personal, attentive service. Prior to delivery, she asked for photos of the stairs and location where the cabinet would be placed so that delivery and installation personnel would be prepared. They were prompt, friendly, and efficient. The cabinet looks like a nice, quality piece of furniture. When folded up it has a pretty small footprint for a queen-sized bed. Our guest said it was quite comfortable. Now our family room/exercise space can double as a guest room, which we were lacking. Very happy with the purchase. Comparable finds on-line (in terms of price, size, etc.) don't come with installation and delivery up to a third floor like this one did."

"We love our chest bed! Karen was amazing to work with from beginning to end. She helped us navigate the functionality of each chest bed in the showroom and ordering was a breeze. Installation was easy and the delivery person gave us a refresher on setting up the bed. Our house guest said it was very comfortable to sleep on. It takes up little space in a spare room that we also use as a work out space. Our experience was definitely a 5 star experience!"
