"Left a message and no one called me back after a week. It was on January 4, so figured vacation may have messed up the system. Called back on the 7th and when transferring to any of the available menu choices it sends me to "Welcome to MCI." Is ABF still in business? How to get hold of these folks if so? Feb 20, 2019 - updating my review to 4 stars. While it took a long time to connect with ABF and a month for them to get the standard hydraulic lift part needed to repair my desk chair, they finally did so graciously and with no charge (it was under warranty). Seems they're under new ownership recently and some gaps ensued. Hoping for good things ahead."
