"I went to the store and placed an order in person with Ryan who told me the chair would arrive in 7-10 business days. A week goes by and I hadn’t even received an invoice so I called to get the invoice emailed to me during which I was told the chair wouldn’t arrive for 3 weeks. I asked if there was anything they could do to expedite or if they had anything comparable in stock that I could pick up but they said no and the only chair they had in stock was one with a slight upgrade (adjustable arm rest) which I would have to pay an extra $100 to get. I was urgently needing this item for a new office job that I got and for a business that sells such an expensive high end product I don’t feel like they have the best customer service. Well then I decided to cancel the order with another customer representative (Bryan) and he confirmed the cancellation. Well a week later I get a notification that the order was placed and is being shipped to me. Now I have to make yet another phone call to get it returned. For those of you looking to buy the Aeron chair I highly recommend going on EBay because this item has been out for quite some time so it’s easy to find a new/used one on eBay. I found a new (open box) fully-loaded aeron chair on eBay and am very happy with the purchase. Paid $600 vs the $1400 I would’ve paid at Herman Miller, the item is certified authentic and I received it within a week"

"Lovely storefront with helpful associates. They are incredibly knowledgeable on their product. The chairs are amazing and I highly recommend this location if you're interested in Herman Miller chairs. This store location allowed us to have our chair delivered to their store instead of our house. We didn't want to risk a porch pirate situation. It was an easy process and they notified us as soon as the chair had arrived. They loaded it into our SUV and couldn't have been more helpful. Five stars and two thumbs up."
