"Pros: Place had some good options that I liked with fair prices. Nice people that welcome you to the store. Cons: no shipping, you will have to either partner with 3rd party shipping or pick up your items yourself."

"I shop here a lot. Always find something worth buying. The loaders are very helpful with securing the items in my tiny truck."

"It only takes one bad experience to ruin what so far had been several great ones. If you’re purchasing anything that comes with hardware, beware or double check it in-store before purchasing! We purchased a bed (headboard, frame, slats) and were told it came with all of the hardware. When assembling it, we quickly realized that most of the hardware provided didn’t work or wasn’t even needed (only the black screws pictured worked for securing the slats). Upon reaching out, we were told to return to the store (which is an hour one way) so they could find something that worked. How could they without having the bed to test it with? To this, they suggested we provide them with a screw that fits from the hardware store so they can match that in store. I inquired about a reimbursement on purchasing new hardware as an alternative instead of going all the way back to Home Consignment, and were told that it’s generally inexpensive and that they can give it to us for free if we went to the store… We ended up going to a local hardware store but still couldn’t find an “out of box” solution that fit. Ended up purchasing a 2ft screw that was the right diameter and had to cut/grind it down to the right length. On top of this, the support legs provided also aren’t the correct length either. They don’t touch the ground even when extending them to their fullest. Ultimately, we feel cheated. Seems like a “hardware kit” was put together to make it seem like the bed came with everything when it in fact did not. After hours of work, we were able to put the bed together, but all due to us being able to making custom parts. As of this review, I haven’t heard back from the store with a solution. At the very least I felt like they should have reimbursed the cost of the hardware (around $20) as a courtesy…it’s the gesture that counts."

"I shop for furniture for a living. As a home stager, I rely on Home Consignment center for fresh looks at consignment prices. You must go often! It changes daily, and there’s always something new and exciting. I also dig their Facebook page when they highlight new things that have come in. Great staff, super helpful in loading. Would give six stars if I could!"
