"My husband and I bought a beautiful living room set from this store. Eddie assisted us and he was great. We ordered the furniture from one of the catalogs, and upon delivery the loveseat was scratched. Eddie did not exchange any words with us. We sent pictures of the scratched merchandise and he ordered another love seat and had it delivered post haste. Eddie provided us with the best customer service we've had in a long time in a retail store.
