"No joke, this is easily some of the best money I’ve ever spent. I’ve had my Bloom Camellia bed for about 1 month now, and every single time I lay down I am absolutely floored at how comfortable the mattress is. It’s truly perfect. I hadn’t bought a new mattress in nearly a decade, so I was nervous to go to a big showroom and face pressure from some salesman. To my delight, I walked in and was immediately helped by an associate Andrew, who took all the time I needed to help me find what works with no pressure. I told him kind of what I liked, and he helped me narrow down my must-haves and pick what would work best for me. Not only was I impressed with how well he translated my wants, he picked up on some things I didn’t even realize were important, specifically in choosing the right size mattress for me and my space. This is all reason enough to go here, but even better is that it’s a local store and not a national chain; the mattress I bought specifically was made to order and delivered right to my room in less than 2 weeks. I never thought I’d be this excited by a mattress, but here we are. Absolutely check this place out and treat yourself to a good night’s sleep. (Hey, even my cat loves it)"

He wasn’t pushy and recommended a mattress that was actually a few hundred less than our budget ceiling. UM offers free mattress delivery and disposal of your old mattress which is super helpful. "After 15 years with our mattress it was time to finally get something new. Several friends recommended Urban Mattress and specifically James and they could not have been more right. James exudes that perfect combination of incredible knowledge about the various products and a genuine desire to help. We initially went in to the North Lamar location and were grateful for James easygoing disposition. He gave us enough room to check things out but enough information to help us better communicate what we wanted. We walked out super happy with our purchase. But our experience didn’t end there as we weren’t quite satisfied with the new purchase. I sent an email to the store and was amazed I received a response within a few hours and a promise to help us make things right. James reached out shortly after and asked some great questions to better understand our issues. He encouraged us to try a little longer and then reach out again but not to worry, they’d help us find the right fit. Fast forward about 8 weeks and it was clear we needed to make the change so I reached out and James again was wildly responsive and encouraging. Hoping we got it right this second time but just incredibly impressed with James’s customer service and excited to recommended him and Urban Mattress to anyone going forward."
