"Great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. We worked with Daniel. He was not pushy and was patient with our decision making process. The store has a technology that has you fill out some questions and then lay on a mattress that analyzes your pressure points and then suggests a number of mattresses that fit to your needs. Mattress Firm doesn't have anything comparable. I'd definitely recommend heading here and working with Daniel if you're in the market for a new mattress!"
"We walked into factory mattress randomly one evening after dinner. Daniel answered our questions and put us through a mattress sleep test. Although I wasn’t seriously looking in that instance, it did put the idea in my head once Black Friday sales started. I live in an hour away with a factory mattress closer in my home city. Daniel had been so wonderful that I wanted to make sure he got the sale. I called him up and processed everything over the phone easily.
