"My wife and I were looking for a new sofa. Furniture shopping is one of the things we hate to do the most. Not because we don’t like shopping but because we don’t like being bothered and, in many cases, hassled by the salespeople standing by the front door waiting for someone to pounce. "Great furniture but the worst sales person-Cynthia. She literally chastised my son for sitting “too hard” on a couch-told us there were only certain pieces we could try out because we did not know how to treat furniture. I have never felt so discriminated and looked down on by a sales person before on my life. She never got up to greet us when we entered, but sat behind the desk in the back. I went in to buy a couch and will never step foot in the store again."

When I read the owner of Leather Creations had cats, and they sat on his furniture, I felt this might be a good fit for me. I was shocked to find the superior leather selections sent to me, and the one I chose is very heavy and beautifully grained. Working with them was a pleasure. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I had to custom size the sofa because of space requirements, but they did it to perfection. I felt the value and quality to be outstanding.
