They came out today to replace the parts (which took about 10 minutes) for little or no cost. They are a family company that knows the value of customer service. "We have purchased furniture for our kitchen, master bedroom, and dining room from Amish Furniture of Austin over the years. Christine and her father are amazing people and really want you to find something that works for your space, with no sales pressure. You can look at the furniture on the floor, browse their catalog, or even work with them to get a custom piece. They coordinated with our cabinet builder so he could use the same stain that was used on our walnut dining table (amazing customer service!). The quality of their furniture is tremendous and we are confident that the pieces we purchased from them will last a lifetime. Be prepared to wait for your piece though, but that's what happens when someone is building it from scratch and actually putting some care and effort into it."

"Quality furniture, good prices, and excellent customer service!! From the start, everyone here was very helpful and accommodating in letting us look around and browse their collection of Amish furniture catalogues to find what we want. We did not feel pressured like you do at some furniture stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can select your wood and stain option to get the exact look you want. We also were able to select hardware to have a near match to an antique dresser we already owned. We ended up with a full set for our bedroom. The delivery process was exceptional, they took much caution to make sure floors, doors and walls were not dinged during the delivery process. After a few months, we did have an issue with one of the drawer gliders. Amish Furniture was quick to reply to our request and came to our home to fix the issue. All the furniture pieces are crafted excellently, look stunning and we look forward to keeping this set for many years to come. We highly recommend this place to all of our friend and to you also!
