"Overall this is a solid Hyatt property in a bustling area on the north side of the city. The hotel itself feels modern and clean. As with most Hyatt Place's, the rooms are pretty large and have a divider between the bed and couch area. This arrangement works out well for our family of four, as our girls are happy to sleep on the pull-out couch. We visited in winter, but even then the AC seemed to be a bit weak and was obnoxiously loud. There was also a lot of hallway noise, but that could be because the hotel had been invaded by youth sports teams who spent all evening screaming and running around the building. Breakfast was above average and included a good selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Seating was lacking though, and we were forced to eat in their conference room due to lack of seating. Service was super friendly though, probably some of the friendliest front desk employees I've encountered in a long time. Overall, this was a nice hotel and I would stay here again if I was visiting the north side of San Antonio."

"We booked this for a last minute business trip on short notice, no time to research, just in the right area for us. Staff was incredibly helpful, room was great for business travel . Very clean, nice lobby. We ended up working all night and bumping our flight back a few hours. Manager gave us a late checkout without question and even made me a free americano from the bar. If I come back to San Antonio for business I wouldn't stay anywhere else."

"Great location. Comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful front desk. Good breakfast choices. Only problems we had were with housekeeping - did not replenish supplies (towels, glasses, cups, cofee, etc.) every day."

"Nice clean property with reasonably priced rooms. The indoor pool was well kept and they have a pretty decent gym that I did not get to use. On the weekend we visited the place was busy and only one elevator worked. Having been placed on the 6th floor my workout was walking 6 flights of steps a few times each day. Wasn’t a bother for me. It is a pet friendly place so that worked out for us as well. I would recommend this place anytime."
