"The room is nice. But we arrived passed 6pm but we had to wait an hour because the room was not ready yet. They have one washer machine and one dryer. I can't believe this hotel is big and many room but just one washer and one dryer. I needed quarter for the machine. I asked front lady but they don't have enough quater. We stayed 4 days. I think they not won't chenge bed sheets till new costomer? Because same stain was there few days. Our room was 4th floor and we could see the restaurant. I couldn't sleep because I heard customers voices around 3am to 5am. The shower was clogged and the water was sparse and not comfortable. There is no microwave in the room."

"I am writing to express my disappointment with my current stay at your hotel. Upon arrival at 6 pm, my room was not ready, I was dismayed to find that the hotel appeared outdated, with dirty carpets and a bathroom shower showing signs of rust and water corrosion. The condition of the room did not align with the online pictures, and it was disheartening to realize that the reality did not meet my expectations. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and consider making necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests. I regret to say that based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at your hotel to others."

"Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are modern and well maintained. One of the better M clubs I have been to. The hotel bar serves great drinks at a reasonable price. The gym is clean with health club quality equipment. The location is not great. It is not within walking distance of any restaurants, pubs or entertainment. The area is somewhat sketchy....."

"The hotel was average at best. Service was terrible. Charge you a fee to get in early. - Hilton does not. Rooms are small and inadequate. Only 1 microwave for the guests for all the rooms. Noisy. Area is sketchy. We saw a fight by the back of the hotel. Definitely will not do this hotel again."

"Great hotel and great rooms. Loved my stay here so much that I booked again on my second trip. No complaints at all here. It is solidly good all around, and it is convenient to get any direction you need to go. I didn't have too much interaction with the staff, but they were very professional and helpful when I did. As a female traveling on my own, feeling safe is important, and I never had any issues here. I arrived very late on my first stay and noted a security guard in the parking lot. So, that was just an extra bonus."
