"The worst place to get mail/passport. They treat everyone there with disrespect and have no care or sympathy. Avoid this USPS at all cost."
"Our community mailbox keys were stolen. Instead of securing all mail, and asking us to come in to collect it along with our new keys, they posted a sign on the mailbox. Sure enough, I have a missing package. They are sending me the documentation via the mail. I'll give you one guess as to the address they're sending it to. I wish I could make this up."

"I ship a lot. This is the slowest post office in San Antonio . Hands down. There drop box is always clogged and no one ever deals with it. Waiting in line for a 20 -30 minutes to drop my prepaid stuff off is ridiculous."
"Do not go to this post office. I could elaborate on my horrible experience but I will just say that the level of unprofessional-ism and the self-righteous attitude by the staff that I encountered today is abhorrent."
