"First off, the staff was a little stuffy but still friendly, and for the most part, courteous. The internet ad indicated it was approximately a 9 minute drive from the base. It was more like 25 minutes. However, the wifi was slow, and the breakfast buffet was good, but not worth what we paid ($80 for 4 people). Coffee was NOT complimentary ($2.17). The beds were clean but uncomfortable. Also, the coffee that was in the room was not replinished by the maid service. To summarize; considering what the room fees are, one would expect at the minimum complimentary coffee and a lower price for breakfast. I would not stay there again unless the aforementioned items were changed as stated."

"The room was nice and clean and the courtyard was great with the fire pits, furniture, oversized games and pools. Extremely close to SeaWorld. But they nickel and dime you for everything possible. The water bottles they leave in the room $3, s’more kit $7, charged to park in the perking lot and $19 dollars for breakfast!! First hotel I have ever stayed at that didn’t serve a complimentary breakfast. Overall I wouldn’t stay at this “Hilton” again."

"Called from desk asking for toilet paper. They had forgotten to leave extra roll. They would not bring us toilet paper. We had to go get it. Motel 6 has better service. Very surprised at this from a Hilton."

"The hotel is very much under construction and that construction is everywhere! The hotel did not share this, either on the app or when we checked in. The restaurant, front lobby area and the 5th floor had construction noise and mess from about 7am to 4-5pm. Our room had no hot water on the last morning. The staff and construction crews were all pleasant, but if you will need to work in this hotel during the day, I would choose elsewhere."

"It was undergoing a major renovation when we were there, but it was still a lovely experience! Great location! Beautiful outdoor area with oversized outdoor games and fire pits! Perfect pools for littles and adults so we hope to come again during the summer. We always love our stays at Hilton hotels! We trust that they will always be clean, comfortable, and welcoming!"
