"They offer kids camp while kids are off school which is an awesome idea. So We decided to try it for thanksgiving week. We signed our kid up for one of the camp days. They took all of our information and especially the payment details and told us they would contact us if there is any cancellation. Today, I called while I was on my way with my son just to confirm and they told me the camp was cancelled. As a working parent, I am sure you all can relate to the hassle of having to scramble to find an alternative solution for your kid care the same day. The facility shows no respect to parents planning and didn't bother contacting us with the cancellation. I gave the feedback to the phone operator who said she will tell the manager."
