"Me and my best frstayed at this location in Lubbock. I am a member of this brand. I have never had an experience like this. It took the front desk an hour and a half to check us in. After driving 5 hours from Dallas. We were about to go to another prop, but they had already pulled the money from the card. We got no compensation for it. When we got into the room, the shower had mold and built up on it. Only one light fixture worked. The vent didn't work. One of the beds springs was broken. They offered us a view of the back of buildings. The carpet in the hallways was frayed, a trip hazard. I will not stay at this sleep inn in Lubbock, Texas, again. This is a disgrace An unhappy customer"
"This location charged me for smoking in the room (I am not a smoker) and for stealing 2 pillows. Manger seems to never be there to talk to and does not seem to care to return calls. As a platinum member of choice hotels, who travels quite a bit for work, this has never happened to me before. This is poor customer service for sure."
"Not bad at all. Spacious room. Free coffee all day. Great breakfast. Some of the equipment in the fitness room didn't work."
"Do not stay here. I had a reservation for Texas Tech Football opening weekend. Besides the threadbare towels the toilet in our room was running and wouldn't flush consistently. Needless to say they did nothing other than come up and get the toilet to flush once and said there was nothing wrong. They had no other rooms and no maintenance or manager available. I checked out and found a different hotel. I was unable to get a hold of the manager after several attempts by phone to try to get reimbursed for the room i didn't stay at. Stay away"
"Management was incredible. Polite and willing to engage in small talk but most of all capable of taking care of any issues that arise in no time at all"
