"Stains...and more stains. Had to ask for clean sheets upon check in. Stains on all the bedding and hair on pillows. Rooms smelled really bad. TV didn't work. Lobby and common areas were very dirty. Do not stay there."

"Room was good and spacious. But the cleanness was not so good cause their was cigarette filters behind the dressers and dirt and crumbs like the maids don't vacuum behind them at least. Dusting here and there."

"Would not recommend this place ever! First of all its not in a great area the pictures online look way better than what it really is. They didn't have the king size room we booked so they gave us a double queen room. It smelt like smoke and the toilet seat was broke and just had clear tape on it to hold it together. We asked for another room and in that 2nd room the toilet wouldn't flush and the water just kept running. We asked for a refund and they said they couldn't refund it but could move us to another room. The 3rd room the heater kept turning off and the ac kept kicking on and it would get cold and we had to keep getting up to turn it off and back on. It was also a cold day in the 30s! They also have a tv no remote and no cable so you cant watch anything so why even have tv's!! There was barely any toilet paper and no hand towels. By far one of the worst places we have ever stayed in. Will not ever book with this place again. This place needs to be closed down!!!! Complete trash and a waste of money!"

"We booked this place for 130.00 there was no blow dryers, our cards did not work the next day, no smoke detectors. Why have tv if there no cable. They didn't offer wifi password. The indoor pool was not open. It smells musty, there no plugs by the bed. The telephone didn't want to work to call in and complain but I had to use my own cell phone to call the front desk. There no iron but there an ironing board. I DON'T RECOMMEND anyone to stay here. With the price we paid ur better find somewhere nicer."

"Most importantly it’s not clean. The first room we checked into smelt worse than cigarettes. The smoke detector looked like it was ripped off the ceiling. The floors were not touched, sheets and comforter was dirty. Also it didn’t have mattress pads or pillow protectors. We ended up trying to get another room and it wasn’t as bad but again Cleaning Issues were still present. The floors were not vacuumed or swept, the towels looked sloppy, mirror was dirty, sheets were stained and dried blood on the comforter. Also this bed also didn’t have a mattress pad or pillow protectors. All sheets were stained very bad."
