"Hotel was nice! Dee is AMAZING! The air conditioning in my first room was making noises and he switched my room with no hesitation! He was so kind! I would definitely stay here again!"
"This was the BIGGEST disappointment in all my Hilton stays EVER!! Not only did they charge my card $238 (even though I pre-paid the room) BUT the room and gym were VERY dirty!!!! We drove in from CO around midnight on a Friday night and I was TOO tired to call about how DIRTY the floors and shower walls were. We had stayed at the Denver Hilton the night before and maybe we were expecting PRISTINE like that hotel but Lubbock's location was FAR less than mediocre. Our plan was to hit the road to SA early so we just needed to sleep. I told the manager in the morning and he did apologize. I asked if they were short staffed and he said no. Well I thought I would be done with that disgusting hotel but it's now 2 weeks later and they have yet to refund my money they charged my card even though two of the "supervisors" have comforted they mistakenly charged me. Do yourself a favor and try any other hotel! This is at a Motel 6 level at best and I'm sure they would have done way better!!"
"Very nice staff. Our room was great they did a lot to clean the room from a previous dog. The only issue was that the smell was still very strong. They should close a room for a day if they did have to clean it. Bathrooms are a little small. Also reported they needed to sweep door salt as that can be toxic to dogs. Breakfast was good, and minor suggestion make coffee a bit stronger."
"Decent location. Good breakfast (yay, bacon) but the hotel and rooms are worn down. The pool was literally green. Room didn’t have hot water. They sent the nicest lady to come fix it when I called. She was there right away. Appreciated all of the employees but the building itself just isn’t the Hilton quality we expect."
"Wonderful hotel with a full-sized refrigerator, real dishes and cups, a microwave, and a dishwasher. It had a couch and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was very nice."
