"No complaints. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and included breakfast."
"We were very disappointed with this hotel. The linens on one bed were not clean, the bedspread was dirty, the TV did not work, and they could not fix it. When I asked for a discount the staff on duty said that they were not authorized to give a discount and that I would be hearing from the manager by Monday, but I never heard from them."
"We happened upon this Quality Suites hotel after our confirmed reservation at another hotel was given to someone else. We knew our flight would be late so we called them to let them know the week before. When we arrived there was no room and we were also charged for one night (which we found out later). Matthew was at the front desk of the Quality Suites when we arrived. We were very frazzled from our experience. We were planning to stay one night, but after looking at our room we extended our stay here by four more days. It was excellent. So, when life throws you a lemon, make lemonade [with the help of Quality Suites on the south loop]."
"The bedspread was dirty and I removed it and asked for another, but didn't receive one for the time I stayed...3 days. I had my own blankets, so I did stay warm. Otherwise the stay was excellent. The staff was pleasant. The hotel was clean. My husband loved the blueberry pancakes."
"First of all I will start by I been a Choice member since 2014. Never have had any issues with anyone of the ones I stayed at until now . First The Mirror in room was slightly crack and while we were there a couple days had noticed the crack get longer . Was very visible after coffee was made one morning and it steamed up . Jacuzzi wasn’t working properly. Well A few days later we were Changing room to one with out jacuzzi . So I let the front desk clerk know of mirror crack was getting worse. Left a few hours to town when we came back the front clerk worker said her manager told her not to let us in room unless we payed 350.She called the manager but she would not return call or talk with us about this situation we had paid for the day . I wanted to speak with the manager and she ignored all my calls. No refund or a minute to give my side of situation"
