"We started going here last year when Kidz of promise took over Katy kids connect. At the beginning everything was great! The lady who is taking care of the infant group Miss Samira is amazing! Very attentive, caring, always calm . If I could give her 5 star here I really would. However, on a days that she isn’t there it’s terrible. And today was probably the worst.. the first thing that was not feeling right was the fact that there were zero updates in the day care app where they would normally inform parents about child’s day. I went there at 3 pm to pick up my son. To my surprise the infant room was dark.i asked the lady who opened the door what’s happening to which she informed me that because they are short handed they just put them cocomelon on the iPad… The last one is the most upsetting… my child has dietary restrictions and all his food and snacks are made at home. We can only eat HALAL meat (beef, chicken, poultry), no pork nothing with gelatin. To my surprise non of his food or drinks or milk or snacks were touched. And they all were warm which means no one bothered to open the bag and put anything in the fridge… I asked the girl Zahira (spell check) what did my son eat? Oh chicken nuggets and fries from the kitchen. Once again! This establishment is well informed that we can only eat food from certain sources! And we are not the only people who does it! Her excuse oh I didn’t know. WHAT IF MY KID WAS ALLERGIC??? Apparently nobody really cares!!!! Once again! We loved miss Samira ! But seems like the management does not care! And the rest of the staff are clearly clueless about what they are doing . Not coming back!!!"

"My son attended this location for a couple of years. When I complained about another child hurting my child. They immediately got rid of the problematic child. I was extremely happy to see the daycare take action. If you have a problematic child... don't bring him here! He will not be welcomed. I have nothing but good things to say about this place."

"Now that they have new management this place has really turned around and they are amazing! Jermonica does an amazing job with running the place. I’m super impressed. All of the teachers and staff are great with the kids. Their prices are very reasonable and they also have great hours. They even feed the kids bf, lunch and dinner. Most daycares I’ve seen only do lunch and snacks. My kid loves it here and she looks forward to coming here every day! Mrs Latoya always greets my baby with a smile every morning. Love the new owners. Hats off to the staff here they work super hard!"

My daughter loves her teachers and they have helped her with reading skills and it boosted her confidence, the DayCare is always so clean and that’s very important to me, they have great teachers and owners they go the EXTRA mile to make sure my daughter and all the kids are safe. I truly recommend this Daycare."

The Center director Mrs. Mariam is a wonderful person, highly educated and does a great job of organizing activities, managing teachers and kids. My kids are showing amazing improvement both socially and educationally. The teachers are all really good with the kids. Overall a great learning place for kids."
