Cadence Academy Preschool

"This is going to be a book now. Y’all have been warned! I have been waiting to post my review, as I am pending a refund, but I feel this is important for other families to be able to make the best decisions for their children. I wanted to let everyone know most of these reviews were based on the previous school administration. They went through an administrative change about a year ago now. My son attended this facility between 2019-2022. My daughter began in 2021. The new administration began in 2022. Most families left around this time, I decided to stay to give them a chance. The lack of leadership and communication from the director was astonishing, not in a good way. They had high teacher turn over and I was greeted almost every week or two by a new teacher. I will say the one teacher that has been there for awhile is Ms. Stephanie she is amazing and truly a gem. She alone though can not care for all these children on her own. I spoke with the director about making sure the teachers had enough support maybe this was the reason teachers didn’t stick around. Sadly they no longer offer the same exceptional care and education as the previous Administration did. My daughter is no longer a “student” here."

"I chose this academy based on Google review & what I was told when I visited the school. Initially, it was good. Two years ago, I used to see homework and efforts to teach them something. Now days, this is more like a daycare than a preschool. I have a 6 years old girl and she spends the day playing than learning anything. I hope & wishes that they change and improve the learning quality of the school and making it a place where kids learn something than spending the day playing & watching videos."

"Cadence Academy has made my experience such a great experience. The staff is definitely like friends and family. The first day my son walked in he told me bye and walked right on…the second day he ran from me as I was bending down to hug him bye, he thought I was taking him with me…LOL! Here we are a few months in and he still loves it, It definitely makes a difference when you’re having to leave your child and the child reassures you they are okay with staying. That means someone is definitely doing something right, they interact with so much of the staff they all play a major part. Thanks Cadence Staff for all you do for the parents and kiddos at this location!!!!!"

"Cadence Academy in Grand Prairie is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Miss Mariah, Miss Daisy and Miss Aaliyah have such kind hearts. They care for and love my son like their own family. They are always excited to tell me all about what my son learned, and how he was every single day! Miss Tasha and Miss Christina are always so sweet and take care of anything my son and I need. They keep a clean, happy and positive environment and have a great schedule/curriculum. My son and I are extremely happy with this daycare and would recommend your family to join!"
