"The outlet Carter’s has good deals. I believe they call them door busters. We can usually find cute clothes here for my daughter. The store has several large displays in the middle of the store. Wheelchair accessibility is average to poor for those in power wheelchairs"

"Highly disappointed in the curbside service. Ordered online and did store pickup. They have an online website that allows you to check in when you arrive but I waited 20 minutes before I decided to go ahead and call the store. I then waited another 10 Minutes for them to “find” my order — which seemed like they had no idea where it was. And then waited again for them to bring it out. Very frustrating."

"The carter's in the Grand Prairie outlets, needs to hire better staff. One employee, her name is Elena, has the most horrible attitude. Holiday retail pressure, not sure! This store seems to get worst. my experience is just very negative for some time now! Very unpleasant. The fake smiles, the tension, you can tell they don't want to be there. Very unprofessional. Didn’t even end up buying anything, just left."

"I was purchasing some items here, in line ready to pay. There was two cashiers, after one of the cashiers was done she took care of a customer that came AFTER I did (but she had seen me waiting there before this customer came) anyway, I didn’t mind since I thought she wasn’t going to take long... well she took like 7 min w. The customer and after she was done she walked off and walked out one of her coworkers. Which I understand, but she Sat there for almost ten minutes talking and laughing with her at the door. (The other cashier was dealing with a difficult customer, doing different and separate transactions.) but the manager should really consider giving better customer service."
