Main Event Grand Prairie

"I have been to this location a few times now and at different times of the day and week. It’s always very clean and the staff is always very friendly. My last visit was the one I enjoyed the most simply because an amazing bartender went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The bartender named Jasiyah was just amazing. Despite the facility being out of Tequila. She made sure my friend and I were well taken care of. She went over the menu with us and helped us find a similar drink that she could make with what she had. Her personality was very pleasant and she was just a breath of fresh air. Customer Service at its finest. We bowled, played laser tag, and played pool. Everything worked well and everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The video games were also well functional and we enjoyed playing them. Overall I have never had a bad experience at this location and it is my favorite place to go to have a good time and play some games."

"Fun place, but mediocre food and waaaay too many broken games!!! I lost so much money on broken arcade games, VR games, and crane games. My kids would swipe the card on many of these and they’d take their credits, without functioning!! It is impossible to keep up with the broken machines and was impossible to find staff for a refund. Starting to get really ghetto here; used to be very good and now it’s just disappointing to pay so much and then have to explain to my kids over and over why they’re 17.3 credits were stolen yet again."

"Main Event, as most know, is a place to eat, drink, bowl, play pool, gravity ropes, watch the game, and play video games. It is best to visit here during the specials they run as it will save you a ton of money. Play all day, Monday Madness, Etc. Daytime is very slow. Nights and weekends are busy. This was our second visit. First was during the day during the week. We did the play one activity all day pass. We did the bowling. Had to adjust to the unique oil pattern as the ball kept going right, and I'm a bowler. We just order nachos and sodas since they're free refills. Nachos were just ok, and it was difficult to get refills since the 2 soda machines were turned off and you had to go to the bar, and maybe someone would be there. The second visit was Thanksgiving Night. We decided to do the Eat and Play at the restaurant. It took a while to get seated. The Burger and Pizza was very good and I can recommend both. The staff was not very friendly at all. One staff member said excuse me as he proceded to bump me out of his way. I would have moved had I known he needed to get by. Took almost 30 minutes to get our food, and only a few people to serve at the time we were there. We played games, they were all in working order. Went to the desk to buy 2 additional cards, and again, I got the cards, but the service was not very friendly. Main Event can be a fun day or night put. It's what you make of it. So have fun with the company you go with, just don't expect to get good service."

"Hello as a Google local guide, I’d like to share my experience with this place. The first time I went to the Main Event was for a birthday. We played bowling, ate pizza, played at the arcade and it was really cool. The most interesting thing is that this place is fun for the whole family. Easy access, parking lot for any time, the staff are very nice… As a result of this, I went back several times. I recommend this place for birthday parties and for fun."

"We were looking for a place to celebrate our daughter’s 7th birthday. We chose this location because it has something for the whole family, what a great choice! They made us feel like VIP, constantly checking on us and making sure we never went without. When we finished bowling we discovered the arcade and ZIP LINE!
