"Their warehouse has rodents in the furniture. We got our bed home and it had rodents inside. We noticed it when we laid in bed at night and felt things running around inside the mattress. It was a horrific feeling. We had others to try it out and they couldn't believe it either. And when you use your RTG credit card there, you have to put a portion of cash down in order to use it. And then if you don't use your RTG credit card after a few years, they just close the account, but don't inform or warn you beforehand. Not a good experience."

"Under new management. Prices have been marked up on livingroom sets I've been watching, awaiting markdowns. One sectional sofa was raised from $1600 to $2700 after already being the showroom floor well over a month! Disappointed. Everything used to be marked for quick sales and turnover. May no longer be my favorite furniture store."
