"My daughter adores Cici's, so we try multiple locations. This is probably my least favorite location of the chain. The employees don't have any pep, and I always feel like I'm inconveniencing them when I walk in. There's no greeting, they all seem to hate being there. It makes me wonder if the customers or management have made it that way."

"Pizza is good, but very limited variety out on the buffet. Mostly pepperoni and sausage. Staff is rude and unfriendly. Floor was sticky. Tables were dirty. Didn't even venture into the bathroom! Atmosphere resembled an elementary school cafeteria/playground. Kids running and yelling while the adults ignored them."

"This place was very clean and customer service was fantastic. The bus boy was on top of cleanliness. The manager Clemente (I think that's his name) was very courteous to everyone. He would receive you with a smile and greet. Made food fresh and to your liking. Never seen someone so passionate about his customers. Definitely recommend this place."

"This Cici's location is consistently busy. Overall I give it 4 stars. The value is very good @ $7.04 for an adult buffet (drinks are extra). The parking lot had some debris although being on a busy corner may make it difficult to maintain a clean lot. The salad bar looked fresh and fairly well maintained the pizza and pasta were mostly all fresh. The desert was not as good as I expected from past experiences but for the price it was good. The drink area was a bit untidy. We sat at the booth in the NW corner and it is very slanted (see picture of bubble level) This is a good place for kids. There are highchairs available and several arcade games that you can spend money to play. The light in the hall way is out closest to the men's bathroom . The bathroom was clean but the foot door opener looks corroded/damaged. P.s. pineapple on pizza is goodness from above.."

"Nice place. Tables nice and clean. Staff were all very polite. They smiled and even sincerely thanked us for coming. The food on the other hand was... Not the tastiest I've ever had. But I really love the fact that they will make a specialty pizza upon request. It was actually pretty good!"
