Nyles did an amazing job answering all of my questions before deciding to purchase a new bedroom set. He was patient with me and also knowledgeable about the store’s inventory. "Great Experience!! I came to Living Spaces to purchase a recliner that would be the correct size and color to an existing Sofa I purchased two years ago. Unfortunately, the recliner to the set I had purchased two years ago was no longer available. I met Oscar, explained my situation, and Oscar took me straight to a recliner that matched perfectly.!! Oscar took the time to go over and get a sample of my previously purchased sofa material and bring it over to the recliner, so that I could see the match before I purchased . The fact that Oscar was knowledgeable enough about what was in the store to help me make a perfect match was very impressive to me. I will continue to go to Living Spaces and I will continue to shop with Oscar. Great job."

"Delivery experience was horrendous. Items were damaged and dirty. I was told by the drivers that they could not take the items back and a new team was going to take care of it. Same team showed up the next day. At pick up my door frame to the room was damaged. I called customer service to ensure the returned was completed. I was told at that time that a delivery, pick up and re stocking fee was going to be charged to my account. Unreal! The items were damaged and I am being penalized."

"We needed some furniture, and immediately. Most furniture places deliver, on an average, after a week or so, or if they're using a third party, it may take longer. So, I got on to Google, and my search criteria included the phrase "in a day." The name of Living Spaces came up immediately, and at the very top. And, so off we went. This place is humongous, and that's an understatement. One is almost tempted to wish they had golf carts to browse the store. And they have all kinds of furniture one could ever ask for, and some more. Moreover, we felt the prices were rather reasonable. We were told that if one could place an order before 2 pm, it would be delivered that evening. Amazing! And if one wanted the furniture to be carried in and assembled, it would be $100 extra, which was paltry considering the fact that the furniture were being delivered the same day, and at no cost. The only sticking point is that if one chooses a floor item, an extra day is needed, since those have to be sent to the warehouse for proper packaging. And, moreover, it becomes the customer's responsibility to carry that item away. We did have a couple of furniture that needed to be carried by us the next day, but since it fit nicely in our SUV, it was okay. The store associates are courteous, friendly and professional. Special shout-out to Kristyn and Marshall, both of whom were instrumental in enhancing our experience at Living Spaces."

"Just want to help others who might be interested in visiting for the play area. It's pretty awesome. It is not necessarily toddler friendly however. We took our 15 month old and there wasn't much for him to do in terms of the playground equipment. The other thing is only one parent is allowed with them. They have carts that are little cars and they have a bunch of them which my son loved."
