"Management (at least the current assistant manager) is HORRIBLE. Whoever she is wasn’t wearing a name tag and we witnessed as she treated a customer with so much disrespect and then blatantly told her she didn’t care and talked smack about her in front of her with another customer all because the customer asked about a birthday balloon and was trying to get assistance on it.. the ASM told her if she wanted one so bad, she could walk around the counter herself and grab it because she’s not going to go back and forth on which one she wanted and didn’t have time for it. The customer wasn’t rude and was taken back just as much as my mom and I were because it all came out of no where. The ASM walked away in the middle of the conversation and ringing her up to make someone else do it, which is when she began talking about the customer in front of her. The customer surprisingly finished her transaction and left, the other employee asked what happened to make the customer so upset when she left and the ASM begins loudly and proudly saying she wasn’t going to play stupid games with stupid people over a balloon.. my mom asked the employee if the woman was a manager and asked for her name. The employee said she was an ASM and before he could give the name, the woman shouts “uh uh” at the employee, implying not to tell us. My mom walks out and I sadly finish my transaction too and we leave. We hardly go here because it’s always trashed and there’s lack of product but the blatant disrespect from this woman who is clearly on a power trip and feels invincible will likely keep us from returning. I know nothing will happen to her because she’s clearly gotten this far already but I hope y’all are aware of what you may walk into. We will stick to the DT on Beltline or 161."

"Went in here for get well cards, they had them 2 for$1. That was a good purchase."

"I went to this dollar tree to get an item they only carry without me ordering a big quantity on line. When I got there they didn’t have it which was no problem. But that place was/is a MESS!!!! Everything all over the floor. Nothing is stocked. I’m not sure who is managing that place but it’s horrible! Work in retail I just don’t know how this is acceptable. I’ll be sure to never go there again."

"Found so many items that I can put to use on my creations. Employee's were very busy putting out stock. Store was well stocked. Front cashier very pleasant to talk to, thank you for being so customer friendly."
