"Store # 01106 - Grand Prairie 4/24/23 7:35 PM I looked online to find the water bottle carrier I have been looking for and was told that store #01106 had it in stock. I went to the store and did my best to locate the item, and when I couldn't find the item, I went to the front to ask the two associates for help. Both wore glasses; the male wore a black face mask, but I did not get their names. I asked them about the product, and they looked confused; I continued to explain to them the online section indicating that the product was in the store, and they proceeded to tell me that it may not exist; it's just online. They told me they might not get the water bottle holder until June. I then told them I found a few others at the store in the North East Mall area, and they continued to convince me that this store did not have it. They did not try to leave the front of the store to help me locate the item. No other customers were at the front of the store; one could have come with me to search. I then told myself to do one more scan, where I found the item I was looking for. This experience was negative because they did not even try to help me. I have searched for this item at different stores and just wanted help locating the holder. I am disappointed that they didn't see my need as necessary or take the time to help me but tried to convince me the website misled me. Please train them better! Thank you."
