"I see several negative reviews and seems some people just can't be pleased no matter what! I've had nothing but great results with their botox and Dysport. In fact I went to another high end place in Lubbock and was disappointed twice. But never here. And they get me in and out super fast. Always friendly to me. I love this place. Very convenient and affordable!"
"Called them about walk -in Botox and they confirmed. So I ‘WALKED IN’ saw “walk-in botox” sign on the counter and figured it would be pretty quick. Waited at the counter for about 5 minutes due to them filming a TikTok. When they finished the TikTok, she took me to a room, I filled out paper work and was told someone would be right in. Turns out 25 minutes later is “right in”. I was told they are pretty backed up and that they didn’t forget about me and asked if I wanted to come back, walk-ins stop at in an hour and a half. They could have told me this from the start rather than having me waste my time. If you can’t take walk-ins then don’t advertise it, that simple."
"I have been going to Laser Dynamics for 10 years. I have had laser hair removal of the legs, arms, underarms, face and bikini area as well as facial peels, microdermabrasion and botox. The staff is well trained, professional and friendly. They provide quality care and always have the most up to date and evidence based treatments. I have always had an amazing experience and am treated like family. Their prices are fair and they do offer bundled deals at times for laser hair removal. Laser hair removal has changed my life and I highly recommend it. I have a referred countless number of family and friends to Laser Dynamics and will continue to do so.
