"Staff is rude, no communication between staff on where to go. Told to go to one part then told next that we couldn't be in that part either. No stollers allowed so be prepared to carry your children. Stairs everywhere and places were blocked off so that you had to walk upstairs to go down stairs to walk upstairs on the other side. We will definitely find another event to attend so we don't have to come back to this venue."

"I've been there a ton for school activities; a UIL theatre show, graduation, looking for a job in the school district... It's a nice big setup that people change pretty easily for different events with curtains and signs. Super awesome."

"This is an outstanding venue with absolutely amazing parking. Folks inside Berry Center are attentive and really helpful. The facility is first class. I was attending a commencement, and everything just seemed to go off so easily. Traffic after the event was handled professionally by the Cy-Fair ISD police. What a phenomenal place to have locally."

"I just attended a cheer competition here this weekend, and will change our schedule to never attend another event here. The staff were rude and treated all of the patrons like criminals. One staff member even stood guard near my program "to make sure we didn't touch any doors". Their policies are over restrictive, and they are rude when enforcing these policies. They were rude to the adults attending, they were rude to the children attending. They were rude to the athletes and rude to the spectators. Also, every event center we've attended events at in the past has allowed athletes and coaches to bring in a drink and some small snacks. Not here. We have a long day, and it was without food or drink (except one bottle of water). We cannot stop watching the children or bring children to concession stands when they are getting ready to compete. By the time we were done with our day, we couldn't leave this place fast enough."

"Nice facilities. A few of the seats I tried were uncomfortable because they didn't unfold in a level manner. The rows of seats are so close to the row in front of you, that it is difficult to pass people to get to your seat. The lines were long at concessions, but can't bring in any food /water of your own. Parking was easy."
