"The young man they had wait on us took 15 minutes to even find the paint he needed to use. Someone finally showed him what to use. We stood in the store for 2 hours waiting on 4 gallons of paint. As other customers came in he’d have to leave what he was doing to wait on them as well. Manager sat comfy in office and did absolutely nothing when door opens with new customers, or phone rings. Poorest service I have ever received anywhere!!!"
"Worse place for me to spend my 36$ in a gallon of paint not going to this place again and I will not recommend!!!! i go there cuz the paint I need it to match was from PPG so I was thinking to go there to match the paint but was so off I bring the gallon back after I try to use some paint they tell me they can't take back cuz i use to much any ways dont go there just go to home depot you better off !!! Honestly I don't have time for try again I just tell the guy to keep the gallon im sure the will make other 36$ with it"
"Great customer service. Was doing wall repairs and patches, needed to match the builder paint. I only had the box with the paint name. They knew exactly what it was and prepared a gallon. Took or home, a perfect match. Definitely recommend these pro's."
"Was in line for 30min waiting with other costumers. Only for the representative to go on lunch without notification. One of us that was waiting knocked on the managers door to complain and the manager did not care. He only said that the representative was on lunch.. And walked away.. The phone had run for 4 different moments and was never picked up.. Manager sounded like he was taking a personal call in his office and everyone got fed up with the lack of attention and left.. Service quality is terrible. I spent my 2000$ worth of items and paint at Sherwin Williams.. Won't return to this location until they get new staff that cares for its customers. My Visit was 1:45pm 11/14/17."
