Ace Hardware of Champions

"I was looking for one item, I stopped at the Katy location off of Mason Road, and I seen a light bulb that lit when the lights went out, well in Katy I got what they had so on my way to Cleveland Tx, I knew about the Spring location off of Spring Cypress, and went into the shop, well I found one more bulb, different kind but does what I needed it for. And like the Katy store I found more things perfect for stocking stuffers. But, I still needed three more light bulbs. I asked the sales manager to see if by chance they were located anywhere else in the store. No, but I found other things those animal PJ's and slippers were perfect for a elder I had been looking for something that they didn't already have. Perfect, perfect, perfect. I sure miss this store, as I was moving out of the Spring area, this store was built about 1-2 years before. And, it was much closer than the big box stores. And always had something I couldn't live without. Thank you ACE in Spring. Great customer service."

"Ace Hardware is my favorite home and lawn store. This store isn't a big as some of the other locations but they still have it all. I love their barbeque section with a large variety of rubs and sauces. We visited this day because we were looking for a flag holder. It was the 3rd place we looked and we were please to find an assortment of flag holders to choose from. Come to Ace if you're looking for an item that is typically seasonal at other stores."

"The staff at this store were incredibly friendly and helpful! An older gentleman with glasses (forgive me as I'm bad at remembering names) went above and beyond to ask if I needed any help and found the exact lawn fertilizer I was looking for. He also got me a cart and asked me if there was anything else he could assist me with. The girl at checkout was extremely friendly and had a smile. She, along with the gentleman that assisted me, seemed happy to be at work which was refreshing. These people are why I continue to shop at Ace Hardware. The prices might be a little higher than other places, but the customer service and product selection is top notch. Keep up the great work and I'll continue being your customer!"

"They are so friendly! I needed a very specific nail because the product I ordered from Amazon was missing a few. As soon as I walked in, a lady greeted me and asked what I needed. Mind you, she was carrying stuff and seemed quite busy. She still stopped to greet and help me. I told her what I needed and she directed me where to go and said someone would be there to help me. I walked over to the aisle she had pointed out and low and behold there was a sales associate standing there waiting for me! I showed him the nail I needed and he found it in about 30 seconds!! Then he filled a little bag with the amount I needed and told me to go check out. All in all, it was less than 5 minutes!! I never get that much attention or customer service at the big stores. I will definitely try Ace before going anywhere else next time!"

"Have been to the store several times but didn’t get a chance to review. Each time I had a good experience but yesterdays visit was ver helpful from Travis who helped me to find the right valve for my sprinkler. Would recommend this place to find the best hardware store on spring cypress."
