It reminds me of how customer service used to be back in the day almost about everywhere, that said they are one of the few that treat nicely and respectfully their customers. "Great store with great knowledgeable crew. You’ll be surprised at all the much-needed stuff they stock. Needed a special bolt, on this trip, and they had it. The bigger stores don’t stock a lot of the much-needed homeowner fix-it items anymore. Thank goodness for Ace!"

"Overheard the manager named ' Amber' talking about there own employees. Management is very bad. The employee Laura making fun of people. I felt like the employees are at war with the managers.The managers make very bad faces towards there own employees. I also caught them talking numerous times about who they were going to write up when a customer shouldn't hear any of that. Y'all need new management. Management is very bad.. They don't know what they're doing. I would continue to come to the store if the had people who knew what they were talking about"

"Friendly staff. Organize store and clean. This morning the store was not too crowded. In the store you can find anything you need to repair some stuff at home. They have an area for painting, another for plumbing, cleaning, screws, nuts, yard, grill etc etc they have a nice, but variety of products."
