"I give 1 start because all the work that the Pro desk does (that is excellent) the people from the warehouse throw it away, it happened several times with the other floor and decor stores. During the time he was loaded my truck, he had a bad attitude and later he make a hole in my truck bed with the forklift fork extensions. After finished the load he act like nothing happen, even when a point it up he respond that he didn't do it, i told him that i would talk with a manager and he smiling said I'm a manager (actually his name is Felix and he is supposed to be the warehouse manager) well floor and decor need to better train their employees in forklift operation. i wont recommend this store anymore."

"I walked in with my wife pretty clueless as to what we wanted in terms of new flooring. After walking around aimlessly pretending that we knew what we were doing, an associate named Hector paused his display work and asked if we needed help. He was incredibly gracious and very helpful. He didn’t make us feel uninformed in any way (which we were) and helped us find the flooring that we ultimately landed on for our project. In fact, it was a nice upsell from what we originally had in mind prior to walking in. Whether that was intentional or not, we are incredibly happy customers and Hector is a great asset to the store. Definitely seek him out if you’re on site looking for assistance."

"We went to floor and decor ( the woodlands location ) purchased for a material for renew are bathroom we didn’t know anything about materials but Mr. Salgado help me he explained me every material that i need he is very knowledgeable, friendly, he make you feel welcome I purchased everything that he recommended everything works awesome for me great material every-time that I need any material from floor and Decor i always ask for Mr. Salgado because he always explain me every material. Thank you Mr. Salgado for always help me."

"Always great service but today was extra awesome! Nancy and Jessie were super helpful and friendly with a refund due to a price clearance of 1300 sf I had previously purchased full price. AWESOME!!! We made each other laugh with funny stories of how our children can be so gross, Dutch ovens and all! Thank you guys for always being so helpful all while doing it with a smile. I’ve gone to many other floor and decors and haven’t been so lucky. Glad to be moving into the neighborhood so I will only have to deal with you guys!"

"Okay, so I just left a really awesome review and even earned 21 points for it….but it didn’t post. So much for RI (regular intelligence). I think I remember saying something about how great it is to have a Woodlands location. That’s like 100%. Also, there was something about how cool it is that the place is clean and straight. Even the bathrooms. Gotta check out the bathrooms for design tips. Anyway, I digress. They have so much stuff. We have never been disappointed and never failed to find everything we came for. I guess the only downside is we typically end up dreaming up additional projects. So much fun. Cheers."
