"This employee name Caroline was the most ghetto attitude ratchet employee, she looked like a high homeless junkie there and she’s an older lady, so why is her behavior this way!! She tried to walk by me and the lady at the checkout with a dirty look saying her name because she knew we were reporting her. She had no clue who worked a certain department, any information that could help us or who her manager was. Had to ask other employees for help. This lady should not work at this store if she doesn’t have a clue how to help customers or answer simple questions."

"Was looking for help in the hardware department looking for a particular bit. When I finally found an employee to help me he gave me a stupid look when I asked if they had it and simply told me no and continued talking to a female employee. He was a tall older gentlemen and I left to lowes immediately after, received great customer service and found exactly what I was looking for."
