"I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service from an associate named Dewayne. I asked if a certain shoe was available in a toddler size he replied "probably not" and walked away. I waited as if he went to check for me, but he only went to stand at the front of the store. I asked him a second question and he was completely nonchalant and uninterested in helping me. This guy does not value his job. Such a jerk!"
"Always great customer service. Pablo is the best. I was having issues paying with my phone and it took us about 20 min to get it right but he never gave up, never got frustrated. Just got it done. All the other staff was also very helpful in finding the right sizes and styles for everyone. Will be back to the location for sure."
