"This location usually have nice plus sized items on clearance. I’ve been a few times and each time the staff was into it with the short manager, making it an awkward shopping experience for customers. She does talk to them like children and in return they take their anger out on us. The whole store is miserable."

"So today l was shopping to be shopping walk in Rainbow l saw all of these mark down items so as l get to the register they cashiers take off the security device the two pieces was together and was price at 7 dollars so she take off the device and then tell me this Supposed to separate l stated this was a one piece mark down is it’s my fault that the supervisor are I the store marking clearance items and she forgot the items l had and they refused to honor the mistake so l had about 8 items to purchase so l walked out and left everything To rainbow supervisor you should hard honor your mistakes You know what’s pretty soon your store will be going out of business l really shop on the website that where the better deals l hope other customers band your store"

Her response was I don't know what's up there. I understand you're closing but I think she could have said that in a much professional way considering she is the representative for the store."

"The staff are rude as hell. The tall woman that usually does returns is hella rude. She needs to find another job if she is so unhappy where she is, we don't want to hear her negative thoughts, and she definitely needs to work on her customer service. I love to shop here, they always have good sales, but that lady needs some help. Seriously. Personal conversations at work should be limited, it may only be retail, but it is a job amongst mixed company none the less. Bad service."
