Discount Tire

"After I had 4 new tires installed, I drove the vehicle about 2 miles, and one of the 4 got completely flat. Called the center for help and the store manager I spoke on the phone said to bring my car to the center to repair. It was completely airless and I couldn't move the car but he said there is not much he could do unless I bring the car to the center. After I solicited for help, he finally arranged a towing, which made me to wait long time. He did apologize for the issue but I didn'tfeel his attitude and overall servicemind was professionalat all. I asked if he could be responsible for further damages to wheel and the like, he avoided directly responding to my request."

"The manager Jason was unprofessional and horrible. He lost my lug nut key to my tires to be replaced when I have it to him and he was so irresponsible to lose it. Then he didn’t even care to look for it and I had a flat tire and barely made it to the tire shop to get it fixed/replaced. All he said was that he was sorry, but that doesn’t help me at all. How do you lose someone else’s property given to you for you to be the professional to handle everything personal with the customer with care and to return it all back to the customer. I had to go to the dealership for them to fix and replace it which was way more money that I didn’t won’t to spend. The whole process was ridiculous and horrible, I’m never doing business with them ever again."

"I made an appointment for a tire rotation. I stood in line for 20 minutes (2 ppl before me). The sales manager did say he would be with me in a minute. The wait was not what caused me to leave a review but the fact that a person walked in, went passed the line, and was assisted while I continued to wait was the issue. Once I was assisted, I informed the salesperson that I was disappointed in what happened (calm tone). He was sympathetic and arranged for the tires to be rotated promptly. Thats the only reason 2 stars were given instead one. The service manager brought my car around, and asked in a condescending way "Was that quick enough for you? Then he asked what happened but interrupted and said, "I'm the manager so you're talking about the salesmen not me. Normally people in line would say something if someone got in front of them." Again, very rude, disrespectful, and uncalled for when I did not even ask for a manager. I've been a discount tire customer for over 15 years and have never received this type of treatment."
