"I really like this store but don’t enjoy the employees hovering. They are nice people but them following you around in an already crammed-up store, watching your every move just doesn’t feel worth it. Not sure if they are just trying to engage with customers or genuinely sizing people up for potential shoplifting. Either way it’s not a welcoming feeling, and doesn’t really help the fact that the prices are almost double their original prices and scalped from other stores like Target. I have a sweater from Target that I bought for only $25 and saw the same ones here marked for $45."
"This store is a good place to buy classic pops and wallets and pins for a great price but not a good section for music tees but a good section of cartoon tees and the staff is very helpful"
"Purchased from this store a few months back and didn’t have a great experience that time. Employees appear to be standing guard as soon you enter the store and are constantly staring down your every move. Returned today to give them another chance. I had the SAME exact experience as the first time. Its ZERO fun shopping here and is super STRESSFUL. Maybe offer up some customer service training to identify shoplifting queues and body language. Shoplifters will never return but PAYING customers will always return if they are treated like PAYING customers. Hot Topic and the other big chains have it down right. This place needs some work."
"I come here sometimes to get septum jewelry and I'll admit my last 2 experiences, I ran into some really rude employees, however today was different. I chose a cross necklace to buy and the red headed woman with glasses was incredibly friendly towards me! We talked about the band Ghost and other things and she seemed so sweet! The woman at the register was also very nice as well! Love to see friendly faces :)"
"Order came in today. Cleaned them and put them in my ear. The left one fell out hit my wood floor and broke instantly. Poorly made They refused to refund or replace. "It didn't arrive to you broken". Also I ordered Tunnels and pictured below shows what I ordered vs what I received. Too bad for them because roughly 1M read my reviews. God dont like ugly. Stand behind your products."
