"My husband and grandson have been going many years to have their hair cut at Sports Clips. My grandson, Rylan, went today to have his hair "trimmed". He is growing it out like many other 13 year old boys. Rylan told the stylist that he only wanted a TRIM. To cut an inch off the top and trim around his ears. The stylist did not listen to him. I think she went by what he had gotten in the past as it is very short. He did not want that and then she tried to blame him. She said that he what he told her. I know that is not what he told her because he wants his hair long. She did not even offer an apology. I do not think that is very good customer service and my husband and I will have to think long and hard to decide if he wants to go back or if we will ever take our grandson back."
"Very disappointed this time, the check in on line system is broken. I got 2 text the first one said my stylist would be ready in a few, 7 minutes later as i was walking in the door a text said sorry you couldn't make it check in has been canceled. The girl told me it would be 30 minutes, I wasn't very happy, the only thing that saved them was Angelica, she gave me a great cut. It's people like her that keep these businesses running."
