"I tried multiple spots after we moved back to Lubbock 2 years ago, Tune Up is by far the best and I've been happy since trying them 1 year+ ago. I love their app and how easy it is to schedule my cut & beard trim. Autumn is amazing! She always does an awesome job on my beard and is very fun to chat with. Great ambiance, always clean & friendly folks."

"5 minute cancellation policy is their choice I suppose but I’m not sure a piece of paper on the computer that’s only visible after you arrive warrants sufficient notice. I showed up 5 minutes 30 seconds after my appointment was supposed to start when I drove 15 minutes to get here, around a wreck. If you’re gonna do appointments, then do appointments. If you want to be a walk-in style, be that. They’re the latter. I won’t be back."
