"Geico took 13 days to review my claim while the car was in the shop. They said it was my fault for not having réntal insurance so they could not pay for a rental after I was already out 13 days and wanted me to pay more for their mistake. Apparently they were under staffed and could not get to my claim until I called to ask for my car back. So now I have to get another rental or take time off to give them another 2 weeks with my car in the shop. They said they do not have a policy or any rule that provides a turnaround time on how long they can sit on claims."

"DO NOT BUY INSURANCE HERE!!! I had my homeowners insurance with Geico and I had to find out through my mortgage company. I bought my insurance from this office and my agent was Angelica Thompson. When I called they told me that I wasn’t their client and that I might be confused about the location. I’ll conclude by stating that this office(Mays insurance group LLC) will not value you as a customer but they will take your money."

"BEWARE!!! GEICO stole my husband and my money and stated that they never received payment even though our bank statement shows that they clearly took the money. We’ve been dealing with this for over a month, and we can never speak to management, or even get a call back as this is a huge inconvenience to us. Nobody has money to just give away and let’s not talk about the time that has been wasted getting absolutely no where! Horrible customer service and “higher ups” just blatantly don’t care and disregard the situation. I hardly ever leave a negative review, but I’m highly disappointed at the level of service my husband and I received. We will never ever consider using any of their services or refer anyone."

"@GEICO @GEICO_Service Talking to agent Michelle S about the sudden drastic increased monthly cost of the car insurance. Said they wouldn’t do anything other than give me crumbs in exchange for my privacy in tracking and credit. Then they ended message abruptly without chat log. Though this is becoming normal so I knew to screen shot as we went. I don’t want to change insurances but this drastic increase to an already expensive policy just because everyone else is also raising prices is not acceptable."
