"Terrible customer service and no follow up. My policies were switched to their agency and I would have never known if I hadn't purchased a new car and logged in to my online account. Progressive provided me a car insurance quote more than half the price and with more coverage. After i did not renew my vehicle insurance with them they used Google maps to decide that my roof was damaged so they couldn't renew my homeowners policy. They were going to have someone come out and inspect the roof but that was 3 months ago and I haven't seen anyone. I have had 3 roofing contractors inspect and they all say there is nothing wrong with the roof. I have spoke to this office 5 times and felt like i lost brain cells each time. I will be moving all policies at renewal."
