"I just spent 1 hour and 25 minutes in a sweltering nail salon getting a never ending pedicure that did NOT include removing my old polish or new color….you read that correctly… I walked out of that sweat box after being held hostage in a pedicure chair by a very kind, great foot massage giver who did not know how to remove or apply polish….. This is not his fault….they should not be selling this as a pedicure and walking away! So frustrating bc I thought I had found a decent nail salon in Lubbock. But who can spend hours HOURS getting this service?!?!?!? Also, for future customers the heat is absolutely unbearable…. To be charged for a full pedicure service after this is insane! I can’t believe I paid it…maybe it was shock?,"

"So accommodating! The staff is always friendly, and they do excellent work! This visit, I only wanted a pedi to remove dead skin from cuticles and soles without polish bc my gel French tips and flower artwork still looked great! My technician touched up the white and added another top coat to extend the polish for me…and the price was very agreeable!"
