"Today was my very first time being waxed EVER! Jessica was my esthetician and she was not only calm and very kind, she was very friendly too! It felt as though I was talking with a friend rather than a stranger and it helped put me at ease. I went in pretty nervous due to this being my first waxing ever but thanks to Jessica's kindness and gentle professionalism, everything went smoothly (pun there!). And the pain wasn't too bad either thanks to me feeling very relaxed and comfortable once we began the procedure. I also wanted to mention she also asked about what my pronouns were too (since I don't go traditionally by she/her) which was a nice touch. She also provided me with a small care bag with some aftercare items due to being my first time there! The building was VERY clean, smelled amazing and had very soothing and cute pink and white décor! I was a huge fan of the atmosphere they set for this place "
