"So I decided to go to the nail salon to get all my fake nails properly removed since my middle nail broke. Since I was going to Walmart I decided to go to the nail salon closest to that Walmart. I was well received there by another nail technition which at the time was doing someone’s nails so she called another woman to take care of me. As soon as she arrived she takes a fake nail to remove my nail (she was pressing the fake into my shellac to removed it) which was hurting and ended up removing parts of the surface of my nail. Then she starts clipping the other ones in a really ruff manner even though I already told her that I wanna keep my natural nails and because of that she ended up cutting my natural nail. After that I asked her to use either the drilling machine to remove the color or the liquid liquid since the way she was doing was damaging my nails and hurting. And she starts getting more and more aggressive. And I asked her to be gentle. At the end I was paying for the service so I wanted to be well taken care of. And she replies to me, I cannot be gentle and with a kind attitude I asked her why, and she just tells me I can’t. I could have just have removed my nails at home but the main reason I went to the nail salon was because I didn’t want to damage my nail. Not only I got 2 Of my nail badly removed but I also got disappointed with the service I received. That was not the first time I go to that nail salon, the other times I was really well received but unfortunately this was my last time there... I was humiliated by that nail technician while I was just asking for a proper service. By the way this happened like 20min ago."

"I went to this place because my cousin has always spoken so highly of the people that does her nails there, so I decided to give them a try. I liked how they did my nails the 1st time, so I went back for the 2nd time. Furthermore, a different girl did my nails and did a horrible job. I was totally dissatisfied and ask them if they could fix my nail and she said that they couldn’t, to come back Monday. I will be returning for them to fix my nail because my hard earned money paid them and afterward, I will never return to this place and throw my money in the trash again."

"My first experience was ok. They didn't push back my cuticals liked I asked for so I needed a refill within 10 days... They ladies were nice though. I went in this past week for a f3ull and they barly grinded the old layer and they were wavey in the end...dnt think il go back. Was cheapest around but like they say you get what you pay for...this was 1 day ago..."

"Heard amazing things about Quinn, cheated on my lady and went here and I wish I didnt! I made an appointment the day before but she completely rushed me to get to her next appointment, she cut me to where I bled and then put super glue on it. My nails were not shaped they were literally jagged and then she piled acrylic up under 4 of my nails and couldn't get it off AND THEN charged me full price $60. I called and complained trying to be courteous instead of making a scene and she rushed me off the phone and said come back with no appointment (when she's super super busy always) and she would fix it in a couple days it needs to grow out first. I understand people make mistakes but at least right your wrong and give a discount. Very ghetto place (and I'm black) I do not recommend (I filed them at home in the pictures they were worse)"
